At present,we accept British Pounds,Euros Dollars and US Dollars.While ordering from another country, your credit statement should include your bank's foreign exchange rate on that day.

<4> How can I track my parcel online?
The tracking information will be sent by email once the items have been shipped. You can trace your order with tracking number and link within the email.

<5>Why does my tracking number not work ?
In most cases, that means your order was just shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours to be updated. Check back in 48 hours and the information should be updated. If there's still no updating information in 48 hours, please contact us immediately.


<6> Will my order be charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
Usually,there will be no Customs fees since we will mark all our parcels as "Gifts" or "Samples" or "return for repair". But the customer will fully responsible for it if there any. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties,and taxes.


<7> What about if my package was lost?
If the package was lost during the shipping,we will re-send it.

<8> About tracking NO.
If send by DHL or TNT or fedex,it needs about 2 days for them to update the tracking NO.

 

7.Return and exchange
<1> What is your returns and exchange policy?

Non-quality Problems:

Quality Problems:
